Our Vision
It is our belief that change happens during the incarceration, not after, yet when people who have been convicted are released from prison, they continue to serve a sentence that in many cases is more restrictive than the prison time spent. It is our goal to create environments and opportunities that will be conducive to the continued growth and recovery from the actions that led them to prison in the first place.
The Founder served over 20 years herself and has been successful in her reintegration to society. At TDOCC, our focus is on the safety of the community, as well as our clients. We take a multi-faceted approach to our clients that helps to take away the circumstances that lead to the commission of these destructive offenses. We create a support system that fosters success for all of society, including the clients themselves.
We offer pre and post release services for those who are ostracized, from housing and other post release services, including employment assistance, we choose to work with the subset of people that need the most support, and have the most difficulty finding it.

Housing Support
A safe place to live is a security that can't be matched. We work with various landlords and rental properties to find the fit that meets the client's, as well as the community needs.
Services support and guidance
Reinforcing our commitment to both the Client and the community we offer access to programs that continue to focus on safety, reintegration, employment skills, and normal daily living skills, as well as victim empathy. We also are available to our clients 24/7 so that they can reach out in a time of indecision, or when they need to know how to approach a situation they are unfamiliar with.
Building bridges to a new start
One step at a time, is how we help our clients to rebuild their lives in a way that stresses safety both for them, and the community, and allow them to use the change they have made, and continue to grow with that change.
